Counselling sessions are for 50 minutes. They usually occur weekly, but can be more, or less frequent depending on individual requirements. Appointments are not limited to a set number. Clients can continue counselling for as long as it is helpful to them.
Helen accepts referrals from other professionals and self referrals.
A cancellation will attract no fee if notification is given no later than 5pm the previous day. Otherwise the session will be charged at the agreed rate.
